When our professional stagers descend on a home being prepped for market, we often whisk away as much of the owner's furnishings into storage. We may rearrange the existing furniture, or recommend rental furniture. 

We help lighting set ambiance for the home. We may suggest undercabinet lighting (this can be done inexpensively), relocating lamps to create brightness and proper mood.
